Who is on the Lords side?

I was thinking of something the other day and the Lord asked me this question in my heart, "Who is on the Lord's side"? I was taken aback because I did not envisage the question. In the past one week I have received emails and phones calls about troubled marriages. One was so seriously early in the morning, about 3am Houston time. I could hear the noises of raised voices and shouts.

As I listened to these two distraught ladies, and wondered what was going on. Then the question came and I asked Lord what do you mean? And this conversation ensued in my heart with the Lord when things go wrong in a marriage, when the honeymoon is over, knowing fully well that God is the author of marriage and He hates divorce. We do not nothing to join God to fight for that marriage to make through that season of trouble.

God wants you to join Him in the place of prayer and fight for your marriage. Instead of complaints, and taking the way out -----divorce. Stand

and bring God into that marriage and together bring victory into your marriage. In psalm 60vs9,God asked 'who will bring me into the strong city, who will bring me into Edom?'.

God wants our marriages to work, but we must trust Him and join Him to over throw the spirit of divorce that is literally become an epidemic in our generation. Like God told David to pursue the Amalakites that took his wives and children captive and burnt their city, 'pursue and overtake for you shall surely recover all. God is saying the same to us do not be distressed, or give up, encourage yourself in the God of marriage, and fight for your home.

Don't give up on God and your marriage. There is hope yet for victory if we pray. We can take back our homes in the prayer room. So, who is joining the Lord today? As for me, I have made up my mind. I am on the Lord's side. The battle is the Lord's.
